Great massage, terrible customer service/ethics. I give it 2 stars because the massage was GREAT. Getting to that part was stressful....I'd ordered gift cards via phone because I live out of town and was repeatedly assured the 1 1/2 hour massages I'd purchased were taken care of. Upon arrival, I was told I still owed $20. The manager even refused to honor the price and the reception treated me like I was making it all up. They even suggested I return at 2 pm when the girl that took my order came to work. (my appt. was at 11 am!!!) I suggested they call the gal on the phone who assured them she did tell me all was taken care of. (Why didn't they just do this to begin with?) So 30 MINUTES LATER we got our massages, which were cut short due to the time required to straighten out THEIR MISTAKE. I was way too stressed at that point to enjoy the massage. Not a good experience at all. This was my second time at Selah and my last. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE. They are very unprofessional.

Best Massage Ever!!!!. I was recently in Selah and had the best massage ever. The girl, Dawn asked questions about what I was looking for in the massage. I had had some pain in my neck and I was having headaches. By the time Dawn was through with me I had no pain and no headache. I suggest that if you are looking for a great massage, go to Selah an ask for Dawn.
