Great Salon. Love going to this salon. I started as a walk in and will never leave. They are always so polite and have such a great environment, not to mention my hair has never looked better!!!

Sad to leave after 3 years, but ruined my hair. Use to love to get my hair done at this salon, but my hairdresser overprocessed me and now I have to cut about 4 inches off. She slid a new customer in while my highlights were processing and she left me too long. My hair the next day started breaking off in 3 inch pieces. I was traveling and she was on vacation so I didn't get to talk to her until a week later. She felt bad, but didn't offer to have me come in and see if she could fix it. She didn't know this, but I already went to two other salons for deep conditioning treatments and the stylist there all said I was overprocessed and probably will have to get it cut off. Such a shame. After going to her for almost 3 years I would accept a mistake, but not when she showed so little concern that she didn't offer to see me and see the extent of the damage.
