Excellent Excellent.
Great place to eat, took my little girls and they loved it.
Very relaxing. Usually I am very picky and try to find issues with small businesses but I just couldn't find anything wrong here. WE'll defintily be back.

run-down, very unclean, and over-priced!. I am assuming this place has really gone downhill since the review on Jan '09., because our first clues should have been the overgrown vegetation outside and lack of signage on the door. From there, it gets worst. We are use to paying for great atmosphere, service and food. Par 3 offered a terrible atmosphere, a waitress who didn't ask or care if our food was good, and mediocre food at best for the price.

Not sure where these folks ate. No way it was at this restaurant. The food is always excellent! Been going there for almost 2 years now. Never any issues.
