Hello please check the date of all these post before you don't give us a chance. Especially look at Winston69's post, that sums it all up. Our company, HPI LLC, purchased Hunt Club in May 2011 and it's been a uphill battle to clean all the negativity that previous owners created by not taking care of the property. I must say we have done a great job in the short time we've owned it. Our apartments look great inside & out. The current management team is great. Our maintenance team is on point. The so-called menacing young men are invisible and our residents love what we've done and continue to do. I suggest you check for yourself what a nice small property we are. Our Prices start at $505 for 1 bedroom. and $579 for a 2 bedroom. Stop and Apply Today

The Hunt Club Aparments are SCARY!!!!. These once nice apartments have now become a dangerous slum... The outside might be o.k., but the place has HORRIBLE management. The manager Yolanda Gullette is rude, crude and very uncaring. Her assistant is always very mad and looks like she hates working there, as does Yolanda entire staff. She belittles her employees and her renters. Her attitude is "if you don`t like it here, then you can move:- a direct quote. The hot tub is advertised in pictures, but has been broken for a very long time... The swimming Pool is LOCKED nightly at 8 PM!!! The Closing Time of 10 PM has been x-ed out with a giant X on the gate!!!! The pool is dirty... There is a grill and a Pepsi Machine in the Pool Area, but MANY times it is locked up all day, every day with a pad lock on the front pool gate. The Maintence Men are very rude and act stupid... Large hords of young thugs constantly roam the place day and night... It is a real shame how this place has gone downhill with the current manager Yolanda. It is a very SCARY and DANGEROUS place!!

Stay away from The Hunt Club Apartments!!!. The Hunt Club has REALLY gine down hill fast!! It is still owned by the bank of America after the previous owner went bankrupt. McKinley Properties had been running the place (as appointed by the bankrupcy court). However, their contract is almost up. The current manager Yolanda and her staff are VERY rude!!! They rent to ANYBODY who has cash in hand. This once nice place is now a GHETTO!!!! Young dangerous looking males roaming the parking lot at all hours of the night, asking for cigarettes, etc. The Hot Tub has been broken for years and is a cess pool!!! The manager is VERY rude and unfriendly!

Don't live here!. I have lived in Hunt Club for a little over a year, and when I orginally moved in, it was a great place to live with attentive staff and great maintenence. However in that time, it has began to decline. To begin with, bulk trash (a giant matress set and sofa) has been sitting outside by the dumpster for over a month. There has been no landscaping done in over three months, so that now the grass (which thankfully is now dying) is over knee high. My friend who lives on the 3rd floor has water spots from a leak in the roof, which for a year now, instead of being repaired, has only been painted over. There have also been multiple break-ins on first floor units.

I'm not sure if this is an issue with new on-site management, or corporate, but whatever the case, it's definately not a place I'd reccommend living.

don't live here!!!!!. I lived here for 3+ years. They make promises they don't keep. I had mold under my bathroom floor.

They told me the only way they would fix it is if I payed more rent.

The nieghborhood is getting bad, a man was murdered and a teenage girl was assualted while i was living there. I came home one day and a homeless woman was trying to get in my door she said it was her boyfriends apt. and if you look on the S--offenders website they're are several in the area. I was told by several residents of illegal activity that was scaring them. also of a addict/prostitute who was a frequent overnight guest. I knew I had to get out . I would not move here especially if you have children!
