Damaged Hair @ My Expense

I visited Ego Hour on Stratford Rd. Aug. 16th. to have my roots highlited. When I left my roots were extremely lighter than the ends of my hair and they had overlapped the highlites about 4 inches which caused my hair to fill dry and alot of breakage. I had to go to work so I came back early the following day Aug. 28th. They agreed that my roots were lifted too much compared to the ends and offered to put color on it to darken it (which anyone knows will cause more damage and will fade in hair this light). They have a no money back policy so I left with bad color, breakage and at my expense. I thought this was a professional salon!!!
