The POOR service was quite a shock!. I'm a long-time fan and patron of Bernardin's. When there's the chance to suggest a restaurant at one of my lunch groups, Bernardin's is high on my list. I've always had great food and professional service. When I accompanied a group this week, the service was really bad. Our two servers had attitudes that we all noticed immediately. There's not sufficient space to lay it all out, but suffice it to say that if I was in charge that day, both would have been fired. The food was excellent as usual, but we spent more time engaged in discussing whether or not to tip, than enjoying one another's company. The unfortunate result is that they've seen the last of this good customer for a while. SERVICE is as critical as good food for customer retention.

Overpriced with bad service.... I found this restaurant to be overpriced with incredible slow service. We waited for what seemed to be and hour for our salads, and couldn't hardly get the waitress to refill our drinks. Would not recommend it.
