Management talks back rude to customers that complain.Tell them they not see anything and not care about complaints.And yell and interrupt customers.I have seen customers leave.Some employees refuse to wait on customers and not busy.The employees instead gossip with co-workers.Employees not clean up dirty tables,floors,and chairs. And push crumbs onto floor and not clean it up. From the tables. Employees rude to female customers. The yell at them,talk back rude,rude looks,try to start fights,rush to get rid of,interrupt,put finger in food of customers,hosstess/cashiers throw meal pay money change at customers,when pay for meal the cashiers wait on two people at a time and ignore female customers,give wrong order,overcharge bill,eat and talk on cell telephone while wait on customers,employees not pay for their food and drink, give social friends customers free food,demand tips,complain other customers tip stingy,give bill and run away and not come back,give food and drink and try to run away,not want to write down order and did it anyway,not volunteer to wait on,give menu,bill,reciept,food,drink,drinking glasses,silverware,napkins.
