LOVE THIS PLACE!!!. The owner/chef was wonderful. comes out to talk to you before and after your meal.

Waitress/wife has a a great personality.

they make you feel welcome.

they work very hard and it shows.

GREAT FOOD!! LOVE THE IDEA.

Fabian's is Back and Better Than Before. We were there last night for the Re-Opening of a Winston-Salem Classic.

The food was superb! What can I tell you? Risotto, Hen, Flunder Ostrich, Rib Eye Steak, The wines, the best in the world; we also noticed that they are les expensive wines on the list this time.

The service was impecable. The waitstaff kept looking for every detail. Our evening was a "Perfect One"

To me, the best restaurant in the East cost. And where else can you get a five course meal with this kind of food and service for $50?

It will cost you 150-200 in a large City! Another Unique Place of Our Beloved Winston-Salem!

User review by barney12. Ate there 3/18/06. They had 5 beef tenderloins for the entire resturant. 3 of my party of 4 ordered this. Not availible. Ordered bottle of wine, Not availible. Availible was double price of our selection on wine list. 2nd selection, grouper was ordered by the 3.. It came, mostly raw.. Sent back. returned mostly tough. One reordered for 2nd time, pork.

At time of bill, the pork selection was removed due to courtesy.

This was a most overpriced, under quality experience. 4 from Winston Salem will NEVER return to this outrageous place. I have waited 3 days to write this so as not to be mad. Just dissapointed!

Great dining experience!. The food was stellar and the presentation was elegant. The service was impeccable and the prices are approximately half of what we would pay in Atlanta.

It's almost worth traveling 4 hours to eat there!

THE BEST AROUND. Fabians is absolutely one of the most unique restaurants in NC. You need to know that this is not just dining- this is an experience! Fabian's does not advertise- otherwise you couldn't get in. The owner and waitstaff's personalities are only outdone by the fabulous food and wine.

Do yourself a favor, and make a reservation!

My absolute favorite. This place is amazing and so private. The food is fabulous and the atmosphere is so cozy. Great wine list too. My parents love it when they come to visit Wake Forest.
