GREAT BUSINESS ! love all the
employee's and everyone is so helpful. have bought numberous PC's over the years for myself and kids. and the post office makes it even more conveinent on my way to work.
also i love the little guard dog, so so cute.

Yes they get good parts by stealing your good one. Happens all the time at this place. They will also put key loggers on your pc to steal passwords and other info. Long line of criminals runs this place. Just check the owners arrest record.

Very Good in Stealing the Original Parts. I took my system for repair, They replaced my original parts with all crap parts and denies to agree on that, the owner and his wife are rude and unprofessional to deal with. i asked to fix it properly, they asked me to walk out of the store rt away. DON'T DON'T TAKE YOUR SYSTEM TO THEM FOR REPAIR OR BUY PARTS FROM THEM, THEY ARE SMART ENOUGH TO CHANGE YOUR ORIGINAL PARTS.

VERY VERY WORST SERVICE.
I took my laptop for repair to them, the power switch and keypad and the wireless switch, they fixed it , After two days i had the power switch problem, i called to check to fix it again, the lady in front desk was very very rude and not allow to complete your talk and will not allow you to speak to service guy also. And i asked that i will come to store to talk to service guys, She will not allow us to do either.
Very Very Worst service
Poor Customer Service
i guess the front desk lady should work in Repo agencies, i think she better suit for that kind of jobs.

CAVEAT EMPTOR. CAVEAT EMPTOR went in for a simple HDMI cable. Needed a mini hdmi to standard hdmi cable, got a micro by mistake, thought no big deal, will bring it back. Brought it back, store employee told me to come back tomorrow morning before 10:30 a.m., only the owner can do returns. Come back a third time the next day and the owner tells me he has two signs saying no returns. Told him the package was unopened and I came back 15 min after I bought it. He also didn't carry the mini hdmi cable I needed told me that wasn't what was used most often. Went to INTREX, got intelligent, friendly customer service and bought the cable for $5 less than what I wasted. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

GREAT PLACE OF BUSINESS ! DISREGUARD WHAT OTHERS SAID ! ! !. Mickey & Melissa are GREAT ! the prices are fantastic and all the employees are so so helpful & friendly ! I don't agree with all the bad reviews & negative comments at all considering I goto the postoffice WEEKLY and have my PC worked on NUMEROUS times because I can't leave the facebook games alone. :( I would RECOMMEND The Computer Place to anyone & EVERYONE ! thanks all have a great day !

HONEST AND DEPENDABLE !!!!! AWESOME PLACE.
Best computer place in town!!!!!!! they are awesome-- i like the fact that they didnt try to take my 80 year old mother for a "ride" they were honest with her and repaired her machine and EVEN did a couple of services for free and when i tried to go pay themon her behalf they would not accept it!!! it dosnt get any better than that!!!

The Computer Place is the worst store!. Actually is a -star. They were rude, unprofessional, couldn't fix the problem after two tries. Treated me like I was a idiot. When I ask for a refund, he told me he had 6 yrs of college. I said that doesn't make you smart. He then said because I was a smart "***" he wasn't going to give me a refund. I said I was goig to report him to BBB, FB, etc. A woman in the shop spoke up and said go ahead, that is why they pay $600 a yr. to have all nevative reports removed. They told me to leave and he picked up the phone to call the police. Beware, use their service at your on risk! Be willing to loose your money and not have your computer fixed and be treated in a disgraceful way.
