THE WORST STORE AROUND!!!!. This store should give my parents stars, instead of me giving to them. I wish I could give ZERO stars, but this site requires at least one. These people are terrible. My parents took in a laptop to be serviced, and they did a crappy job, then blamed my parents for it not working. They were rude and short tempered, and after returning to the store a second time to see about a continuing issue, one of the workers refused o give them a refund and called my Mother a SMARTASS. She told him not to cuss at her, he said wasnt. She said she was going to report him to the BBB, and make write reviews on FB and Twitter. He told her to get out, then pointed at the cameras, said he was recording her "threats", then picked up the phone and "called" the police to have her removed. My Mom never cursed, yelled, or raised her voice. She wasnt delivered a promised product and simply wanted her money back. What she got was rude and horrible experience!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR ANY REASON!!

great place to do business. very very happy with my new computer system!!!!!!!! great experience with this place-- they even came out and set my computer up for me -- i am elderly and that was a great surprise that they were so nice to do this for me they even stayed and helped me with getting use to it --cant say enough about how great they are --highly reccomend

PLEASE READ- the WORST customer service. I want to preface this by saying that I usually do not write poor reviews. I feed bad for rating someone poorly, maybe the people were having a bad day... But the workers here are the rudest and most offensive people I think I have ever dealt with. The owner is the most primitive and disrespectful one there. I gave them a second chance and the second time was even worse than the first. I strongly advise anyone to not waste their time just to feel disrespected and cheated. Furthermore, please do your research before buying their products because it appears that are FAR from good bargains. All in all, stay away

Horrible. The owner and his wife and the most unprofessional rude people. After they said they would only pay me $5 for a perfectly good and working IBM laptop they hung up on me 3 times. If you can take you business elsewhere you should!

Extremely unprofessional. I called Computer Place to get a price quote for virus removal for an A++ class assignment. The lady on the phone was rude and hateful. She refused to even give me a simple price quote and told me to make something up for the project. I would not recommend a computer service provider that is not upfront with pricing. Computer Place is the most unprofessional computer store I've ever encountered.
