Garbage. Terrible practice. Majority of staff is not properly trained and have no people skills. Probably pulled from fast food restaurants. Really scary thought to have these people in my mouth again. Go somewhere with some class and proper training.

Excellent Practice. Very professional and Kind staff. I have never been so impressed with a practice. The most impressive thing is the follow up care, the doctors take time after a busy day to check on their patients to see how they are feeling. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. I have only delt with Dr. Oghalai and he was EXCELLENT. I only had 2 wisdom teeth extracted this time but I will definately return to have the others done. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. If you are looking for a practice to have any extraction done I highly recommend this one.

Bad experience for elderly Mom. My mother's dentist sent her to these people last year. She was 79 at the time and very frail. They pulled a tooth or something and called me back after it was done. My mother was sobbing saying it hurt. I asked if they had not numbed her...the response I got was "I numbed her" and they sent us on our way...think it was almost closing time or lunch time (can't remember which) but I got the idea they were in a hurry to get out.

Don't remember which Dr. we saw but he seemed to have to no compassion at all.

I have heard that one of these Dr's is really nice, etc., but the one she saw was not him.

She will not go back there if I can help it.

BEWARE!! FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!. This place was a horrific experience for myself and my child, the office staff is a joke, complete circus, and in NO way professional. Cannot understand how this facility as well as their other office in Winston Salem has not been investigated.
