He was professional and payment was rendered ($90) for the service he offered. He explained that a part would need to be replaced and installed and would cost an additional $325 ($170 for part itself). After some research, we decided it would not be worth the cost as new TVs are fairly inexpensive these days. We informed Triad Electronics that we would not be going forward with the repair and were met with unprofessionalism, bullying, and threats to â??report you to the credit bureauâ?? if a restocking fee was not paid. There was no mention of any restocking fee at the time of diagnostics and ordering of the part. IN fact, he could not even tell me how much this fee would be. And we had no contract holding us to complete the recommended repair. When the manager/owner was spoken to, we were met with the same level of disrespect and unprofessionalism. These people really give hardworking tradesmen a bad name and clearly they have no clue how to treat customers. We would NEVER recommend these people for your electronic repair.
Wonderful Service! Great People. I had my TV repaired by this company. It was nice to speak to actual human beings (rather than press 1 or 2 or 3). It was nice to get an actual scheduled time (rather than next Wednesday). It was nice to call and speak to someone who could tell me the status of my repair. I will DEFINITELY use Triad Electronics again.
extended warranty. i bought an extended warranty on my tv when i purchased{$150} it.now i need it repaired, an you must deal w/ the pple they send you,anyway they complained about having to drive all the way to my area, the tech comes in , works on tv for an hour an a half then i hear a loud snap, tech say ouch, then he call some one else,then he said i must take it w/ me,can you help me carry it/but if you want them to uphold the warranty you must help carry tv out an back in.well 2 weeks later they bring it back, but now instead of no screen , now most everything is green,lol.later i called back ,george answered i told him of problem an he hangs up,,very professoinally thoe .then i decided to call back an see if they were a active member of the Better BusinessBereau ,same response hang up,very poor operation do not recommend to anyone,,ty
