After reading all these reviews I feel MUCH better saying I'm glad Mary Jane is gone! She gave amazing massages but was always late for my appointments. My sessions were cut 15-20 minutes late everytime I came in due to her tardiness! Other than the fact that she smelled like an ashtray, she got very personal with me. Maybe a bit too personal! The salon and spa area was nice but I'm not so sure about the employees. From what my husband has told me the management has too much time on their hands and are worried about the latest gossip. Hopefully with all the "bad" employees out of there, Tranquility will be able to do some major improvement!

Ive been going to tranquility for quite some time now, and I dont understand what the hell you people are thinking when you hire receptionists? I mean, is it a pre-qualification to stink like a walking cigarette or do you just enjoy hiring unkempt raggidy losers who dont brush their hair? You work at a Salon for God's sake! CLEAN UP!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, after my rude greeting from a Doreen?? (maybe thats not her name, i really didn't care to find out) I was greeted by my massage therapist Katherine. She was great and professional and is the only reason I will come back to Tranquility.
Seriously mangement, you should re think your hiring and do some "in house cleaning".

Total Pampering

My family treated me to a day at Tranquility as a graduation present this past December and it was a total pampering experience.
Strategically, my appointment was scheduled for the last day of 2008 and I must say, it was an awesome way to end 2008 and begin 2009.
The staff was incredibly attentive and I was truly treated like a queen for the entire day!
Massage, Facial, Manicure, Pedicure, Lunch, Conversation, Company; it was all SUPERB!
Everyone should experience TRANQUILITY Spa.
