Best Stromboli in a long time!. The front desk clerk at the Marriott recommended Upper Crust. She said that the employees ordered all the time. We were not disappointed! I got the steak stromboli deluxe and my girl got a cheese steak sub and we split an order of wings. The were fast and everything was great. They even delivered beer! It was cheaper than the mini-bar. Thanks Upper Crust.
I have been ordering from Upper Crust for YEARS. We've had our issues all along and I've always forgiven them because it's pretty tasty and my hubby loves their subs.
I'm done forgiving and forgetting. Too many times they've taken too long to deliver - 2+ hours at times - and too many times their snot nosed order takers have insulted me.
I'm kicking you to the curb, Upper Crust. We're DONE.
I'm going to order from a chain or that place on Burke Street from now on. The menu's not as extensive but the pizza is more than tasty. Personally, I wish Mario's delivered here...
TERRIBLE DELIVERY. I HAD TWO ORDERS. WHEN THEY GOT HERE, THE DELIVERY PERSON SAID SHE DIDN'T HAVE MUCH CHANGE. (EXCUSE ME??) SHE TRIED TO GET AN EXTRA TIP OFF EACH ORDER. I HAD TO GO OUT TO HER CAR FOR HER TO GET THE CHANGE. I NORMALLY TIP REALLY WELL BUT THIS TIME SHE BLEW IT!! I WON'T EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. THE PIZZA WAS SO SO AND THE PASTA MADE MY FRIEND SICK. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER DELIVERY PLACES NEARBY. I'LL SPEND MY MONEY ELSE WHERE.
my review was too harsh. left a horrible review last night when i was wasted. even though it wasn't great that our food never showed up....my review was harsh. i can't figure out how to delete it....hope this helps.
Awful Customer Service. I am so disgusted by the way I was treated today by a so called Manager Honah. She abviously has no skills concerning customer complaints or issues. I have been ordering for years and never had I been treated with such attitude and conceit. The owner should seriously consider replacing her. I advised her my steak was burned and and was told i was lying. I asked for a Drink with my order and she confrimed it but left it off my order. Now I had this delivered and it took over an hour. Honah did not offer a resoution nor apologize. Just that she would not let food go out that was burnt. (doesnt that sound like I am being called a liar to you). Well I offer to save it and she could come on buy and take a look at my burnt chopped steak....but of course they are too busy (I wonder if she was real busy when my burnt steak went out...missed it I guess) This dinner come with potato and salad. Well i open my potato thinking I will just have salad and the potato. Guess what. It was messed up too! I ordered a plain potato and got a loaded one with bacon-(i do not eat pork), So now my Dinner is ruined!! I call back to ask if they had changed the potato and heres the excuse... there were a lot of dinners like yours going out and I guess I got it mixed up.( I about fell off my chair that swe admited a fault) Now I wonder... if the person who didnt get their loaded potato gets called a liar too and since she personally oversees what goes out... who really is at fault..... Well... I will wait and talk to the owner about this but just had to relay this experience. I paid 18.00 + dollars for nothing with a big tip and the only thing ediable was my salad. I am very upset and disappointed!!
