Food is great and service awesome!!!. Went shopping at the mall and decided to go across the street to the OC for lunch. Cannot beleive how good the food and service was and that I haven't been in this restaurant in over 5 yrs. I certainly won't wait that long again. Purchased some gift cards for Christmas for some family members hoping they will ask me to come along. Try th chicken tenders if you go in, they make them fresh to order, no frozen product.

Ribs, Ribs, Ribs. This restaurant should be a steak house or rib house. The steaks and ribs are that good! Fall off the bone ribs and steaks as good as anyone else makes them and for a much better price.

Best food in Winston Salem. I had the best filet and ribeye at the location on Hanes Mall Blvd in WS. Will never go to another steak house after trying O'Charleys! Ordered the chicken tenders for our appetizer and they were fantastic. Lots of hot, buttery yeast rolls that leave you wanting to come back the next day for more. Highly recommend this restaurant especially after a long day shopping at the mall.
