Owner lack of customer services leaves bad taste in my mouth. This restaurant recently moved into the OW4 bldg, and boy have things changed. The food taste better, but the Owner-Lee has a nasty bad attitude that leaves much to be desired. I don't want to spend my hard earned money in a establishment where the owner has a nasty attitude with customers. Also these are the same customers whom have a sandwich named after them on DTD menu.. It seems that while they got a new ritzy address the customer service is now in the dumps. There are so many other places that we can eat at downtown, where our money and our loyalty to resturants will be much more appreciated. The food is good, but not GREAT, but owners with nasty attitudes makes my stomach turn, to the point where i don't even want to eat there anymore.

Great for a quick lunch. Open only at lunch, you stand in line to get a great sandwich. It's not fancy, but it's not meant to be. It's crowded because everyone downtown goes here for lunch. It's the best!
