My Carpet Looks Brand New!!. I just had my carpets cleaned by Professional Carpet Systems and I cannot believe how good it looks! I have an 8 year old, a 8 month old, a cat & dog (both inside pets) and tons of stains. I figured most of the stains would be permanent but I wanted to get them cleaned because my youngest just started crawling. They were able to give me a time that worked great with my schedule and even called me to let me know the technician was on his way. I showed the tech the stains i thought wouldn't come up and told him to do the best he can. When he was finished I walked around and found not one stain on the floor!!! He did an awesome job and I will definitely call them again! I highly recommend this company.

Save your Money, Do it yourself!. I have used Professional Carpet Systems on four different occasions because they have an ongoing agreement with my Apartment Complex. Trip 1, the carpet looked nice. Trip 2, was same, however they failed to recolor the spots they were paid to color. They called back to the apartment to color those same spots again didn't. Trip 3 when I used them to clean my carpets (and again paid for the same spots to be colored) the carpet looked nice but still no color. They also patched two spots in my carpet (the first which looked HORRIBLE and even at move out it was still not secured to the surrounding carpet, and the second they actually sealed and you could never tell it had been replated). So I moved to another apartment and thought I'd give them one more shot. Perhaps maybe the Carpet tech guy was new or whatever. Trip 4, they clean the carpet and initially it looked great. 2 days later the same spots reappeared. They were called by the Apartment Complex to return and redo the job since it was hard to tell it had been done. The guy who came was not the original person who had done the carpets so I explained to him where the stains were and he looked at me. One stain he referred to as a "urine stain" as I have dogs and he explained that it would not come up because of the "protein" in the urine. Problem was, it wasn't urine, it was ramen noodles that were spilled. The second spot was where apple cider had been spilled and despite my efforts I could not get it up. His comment was "Well did you even try, or did you just leave it and call us later?" He was rude, unhelpful, and retrieved his "rag" wiped at the spot and left. Needless to say the spot never came up. All those "spots" he claimed were urine that would not come up (he said this because of my dogs, the same ones I have had each time they have done the carpets) came up when I went to WALMART and bought a carpet cleaner for 100$ and did it myself! I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Not Just Cleaners - These Guys Know Carpet! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for new flooring of any kind!. I had used Professional Carpet Systems several times over the past five years after water damage in my home, and I was very satisfied with their water extraction and cleaning work and prices. When I began shopping for new carpet at local home improvement stores, I was underwhelmed with their ability to answer my questions about different types of carpet. I saw in a newsletter that Professional Carpet Systems sold and installed new carpet. I had not known that, but they have been doing it for 20 years. When Jeff came out to measure, he told me more about carpet than I knew to ask. It was great to deal with someone so knowledgeable. They had all kinds of carpet & flooring for me to examine, and when I decided what I wanted, they had a very professional, polite, hard-working team install the carpet beautifully. I am very pleased with the quality of the carpet and the installation.
