DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE SHYSTERS. I have to admit, I just got back from this restaurant, Illiano's, and I am still hot from the experience. Where to start?

I went to the restaurant because I had a certificate from A Restaurant coupon site (which I love). I presented the coupon to my server right after we ordered. All was okay until the food was being served. Since we are a family of 5 and the tables are basically 4-seaters, we put our pizza and wings on a different table when it came. The table had previously been occupied by a family and the waitress didn't even wipe the table off or take their drink cups off the table before putting our food there. I asked her to please clean the table and I moved the pizza out of the way, because she wiped the table (where the pizza wasn't) and it looked like she was done.

I don't have any real complaints about the food. We ordered a pizza, some wings, some fries and a salad. The pizza was okay, but be warned: if you order bacon, it is turkey bacon and they do not tell you that when you order it. We also had water to drink.

When I got my ticket, I saw that I was overcharged for the wings and the guy (I am assuming the owner) tried to tell me that they change prices as the price of things go up and down. I was overcharged by $1, which doesn't seem like a lot, but his explanation was bologna and he did not remove the extra charge. He overcharged me for the pizza by $.60. Again, not a lot, but it's the principle here. The real kicker: He charged me $1.59 for each glass of water. He gave me some spiel about having the cup to drink out of and the ice. We are talking plastic restaurant cups...not take-out cups. He tried to tell me that since we had the coupon, we had to pay full price for everything. In other words, he charged me for the water because I had that coupon.

The coupon was for $25 off a $35 purchase. He only took off $22, which I didn't even realize until I got home. I promptly called that coupon company and told them.

For many reasons, I will never, ever, ever go to this restaurant again, I will give them negative reviews everywhere possible and I will proactively tell everyone I know not to go there.

I will NEVER order from here again. This restaurant refused to delivery a menu item even though we lived within the appropraite distance and our menu order was over the minimum order requirements. He then became irate when we called back to ammend our order and threatened our family and myself. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant and advise other people not to.
