Excellent food and selection!. We have been here three times, they have great specials, allow you drink a beer while you are waiting to be seated, and have the best wings you can find in Kernersville. Go early for a large party, and everyone has to get their picture on…

Decent food...good price. East Coast Wings is just your average wing place. Nothing here is stellar, but I haven't had anything that was terrible either. Service can be a bit slow, but they do have a nice kids' menu and offer crayons which is a help.
