Best Filet and Cheesecake EVER!!!. What a beautiful restaurant!!! The bar area alone left me breathless! From the moment my husband and I walked in we were greeted with smiling and knowledgeable faces. We had used the call ahead service they offer and we were sat right away at a nice booth next to a beutiful wine wall! Their extensive wine list and cocktail menu was impressive! Firebirds food was even more impressive. My husband and I shared their BLT salad and it was phenomanal! It was huge and the garlic flavor in the ranch dressing made it very unique and the best I have had in town! I ordered the filet and my husband ordered the prime rib! I promise you I could cut them with a fork! The staff also was impressive with the knowledge of the menu and just being happy to be there! The waitress suggested the creme brulee cheesecake for dessert and the way she described it made it impossible to say no! It was just as amazing and smooth and she told us! BEST CHEESECAKE IN TOWN!!! My hats off to Firebirds! I cannot wait to go back.
