My family has been customers of Lands End since they were a catalogue for sailors. I was delighted to find the Lands End store in Sears. Well made clothes that actually fit me along with helpful customer service adds up to many repeat visits. I've visited the Sears store on several occasions to buy appliances and have never been disappointed. when I was shopping for a refrigerator, my mother (a diabetic) had her insulin get too low. The staff was incredibly helpful in doing the second miles to find her the snacks and drink she needed to bring things back in balance.

Great Service. I have been wasting the past 2 years by taking my vehicle to Firestone. They take a long time and do not follow through with promises. After speding over 3 hours at firestone on a sunday to leave with the same issue I had coming in I took my car to Sears Auto.

The staff was friendly and fast. They had me in and out and all fixed up in no time. I know where I will be taking my car from now on!
