Computer Shop Solutions. First of all, do NOT confuse this place with the "Other" computer shop place down the road, ALSO on Jonestown Rd...you don't want "them". This place, COMPUTER SHOP SOLUTIONS is behind Burger King and closer to the HWY 421 bridge--and the owner is "Barbara"..

Excellent service! My elderly mom was having problems with her computer--we thought she needed more RAM, but "Schell" diagnosed it as rather a problem with her hard drive, and that we didn't need to spend more $$ on RAM...A new hard drive was added, but I still had problems after hooking things back up..Barbara was kind enough to come by and do what could not have been done over the phone. She fixed it all...and did the little things that matter to make it easier for mom to access the internet, see the desktop better, make sure the printer was connected and running, explain it all, etc..We'd had so many other bad, costly, and TIMELY experiences with many so-called computer geeks from cable or telephone companies....It's often the "little details" that count, and so many others forget...
