Good enough for a return visit!. Excellent flavored hamburger, good price, dessert was a generous portion and well priced. Felt it was good value for the money.. Server quite competent.

Too expensive and not enough selections. We ate here because it was selected by family members. I ordered a kabob type steak which said 6 oz. of beef, squash, zuchinni, mushrooms and onions. When it came I was rather surprised ....not at the meat which was fine and an appropriate serving as advertised but at the vegetables! It was placed on the plate as if on a kabob and in between the 3 pieces of steak were 1 quarter size slice of squash, 1 quarter size slice of zuchinni, 1 button mushroom and 1 small piece of onion., For $13.99 I would expect at least several pieces of each vegetable. The sweet potato that I selected as a side was very small and not much potato to it. Also, my tea was never refilled during our visit.

This wonderful meal and the dish my husband ordered(he was pleased with) along with the tip costs us $50.00. While this is the norm for many people to spend on a dinner it is not for us. We only went because it was chosen by other family members to meet at. If I am going to spend $13.99 I would at least like to leave filling like I had eaten something. If I am forced to go back I will not order the same dish again...it tasted fine but really.....1 quarter size piece of each vegetable ????

Texas Land & Cattle. Great food! Great prices. The steak is the best around. The staff was very friendly. The resteraunt was very clean. This was our first time eating here. It was recommended by a friend. We will be sure to tell others about the food and service. We will be back again I am sure.

Best steak ever!. My husband and I eat out almost every day. The smoked sirloin at Texas Land and Cattle is by far the best steak we have ever eaten. We like our steak "extra well done", but yet we can still cut it with a fork. The Honey Mustard dressing is awesome. It has a "kick" to it. The fries are great as well. The steak nachos are our favorite appetizer. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Blah, Avoid. The food is in par with what you would expect from another chain restaurant in Winston-Salem. Is it worth standing in line for ?------ Well, lets just say you will have to stand in line for almost any restaurant on a Friday or Saturday evening in Winston-Salem and there are plenty of other places actually worth the wait. The customer service experience was horrible however the establishment's management was not and quickly rectified the matter so that was one good thing about the place. As for the decor, well not exactly a place to take the ladies on a date to, but if you frequent rodeos or have kids then go for it.

Great atmosphere!. I love great steaks so I was eager to try this new place. Lots of people complain about long waits, but it's definitely worth the wait! (getting there early is a big plus) Service was very good condsidering how busy the place was, very attentive and in a great mood. It took a little extra time to present our food, but everything was correct and hot. The sirlion steak was fantastic and cooked perfectly. Large portions are a big plus, too. Desserts were a little simple, but I managed to force down a cheesecake.

Overall, a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Great smoked sirloins!. Great steakhouse with very good smoked sirloin steaks! A little bit of a wait, but well worth it. This was my first visit, but definitely will not be my last. The service was excellent, considering my sweet tea never reached the bottom of the glass! I am looking forward to my next visit to possibly try something new! But then again, why should I change when I enjoyed the Smoke Sirloin so much?

Great customer service. I visited the restaurant a couple of days after it opened and am looking forward to eating there tonight. The service was great and the manager made sure to stop at each table to see how the experience was going.

Long wait but worth every minute!. We had an incredible steak with blue cheese and cooked with some spice - just mouth watering! Our salad was perfect including the dressing. Our 27 year old niece was visiting from Oregon and she is coming back next month but has already told us she definitely wants to go to this restaurant - it is her favorite in Winston-Salem! Can't forget to mention the wait staff as they were terrific. One person in our party had special needs and the staff went out of their way to handle it. They couldn't have been nicer.
