They billed me straight and did not bill my insurance!!!. They required a co-pay and would not bill me by mail. Later, I got the full bill because they did not bill my insurance. Still trying to get this worked out while they demand full payment!

Wonderful Doctors & Staff. My son Brandon was born the year that they started their practice. Dr. Simpson saw him the day he was born and I believe fell in love with him immediately. He is now almost 11. He has had alot of health issues, and there was never a time they didn't get him in quickly or respond to me quickly. They treat him like a person not a file number. His picture still hangs on their wall. He loves Dr. Simpson and is never scared to go there. They are all great (trust me we have had to see them all) but she is our favorite! I recommend them to everybody. They are absolutely great!!!!

Amazing doctors & nurses. My doctor, Dr. Cannon, and the nurses and staff at FSLR are amazing. They are caring, compassionate, and my daughter loves them. The office staff, nurses, and Dr. Cannon are prompt in returning calls. They have patiently and lovingly addressed my concerns as a new mother. I have been very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatrician in Winston-Salem! I trust them completely with my child's care.
