Great - no bull experience. Luilly did a fantastic job of walking us through the sale. He doesn't give you that dirty feeling that often accompanies a car sale. I highly recommend.

I have bought many cars over the years and this was perhaps the quickest and easiest deal I have ever completed. My salesman, Luilly, did a great job and very nice. No hard sell for options I did not want, I got quick price quotes, and they found me the color/interior I wanted with only the options I wanted. And we LOVE our new Highlander Limited Edition!!!

I purchased a 2007 Honda S2000 from shamburg auto sales and the price of the car was great which is why i purchased the vehicle and plus no other dealership approved me for a loan except for them. Here i am thinking i got a great deal in the end it ended up being the worst transaction ever. It took me 3 weeks to receive my car and when i received it it wasnt even drivable. They lost the check i sent them of a lot of money for my down payment and made me send them another one which was very unprofessional. They swore up and down that the car ran perfectly fine and that there were no mechanical problems. The starter was no good at all and they left me with no oil and a check engine light as the car doesnt go over 40 mph i had to take it to the honda dealer to see what was wrong with it and i am currently waiting to hear back from them. Worst car dealership by far and they give business a bad name they all lie to you and tell you they are going to call you back and they never do. It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with these people. NOONE SHOULD PURCHASE FROM THEM

Do not buy a car here!!!!! I contacted the car lot interested in purchasing a 2007 bwm... I filled out a credit application online and a sales person contacted me ... He then forwarded my application to a lender who in turn contacted me to ask me questions in regards to my application. I told the person from lending company I was prepared to put down $2000 and I wanted my payments less than $400. I then got a email and a phone call the next day from shamburg congratulating me on my loan approval ... We set a time for me to drive from Greensboro to come and do the paperwork and pick up the car. I was asked to provide paycheck stubs and verification of address and insurance ... Which I did ... Upon getting on the documentation that the dealership asked me to provide I asked luigi (the sales person) what the payment would be and he informed me that there were a couple of options as far as payments were concerned ... So I get off work early and drive to the dealership with my down payment and documentation in hand ... I test drove the car and loved it ... I then sit down with the sales person and he asks me for another $1000 ... I tell him that I stated to the finance person that I was only going to put $2000 down . Then the finance manager comes out and basically tells me that I wasn't really approved and he had to call a friend of a friend to have me " approved". This dealership is your stereotypical car lot ... And a huge waste of time ... They have high mileage cars and the prices are not very competitive based on the mileage ... A completely horrible experience and I wouldn't waste ur time !

Best place to find cheap cars! My first buy was a cheap dodge truck for my business and now a car for my kid. Philip was very helpful and I really appreciated his concern about my budget limit. I am happy, like always, with Shamburg!

My latest purchase was a Nissan Titan and I love it. My family dealt with them for years. On our first purchase, my dad had a 2003 Dodge that they serviced faithfully. People here are kind and they care about the customers. I am happy that Shamburg exists.
