Great experience. I went to Dejavu with 3 girlfriends. They opened a bottle of wine for us and we got to chat while we all had pedicures. The girl who did my pedicure was great, I loved the whole experience.

One of the girls I was with had her nails cut too short, so she wasn't as thrilled, but she's had other great experiences there in addition.

It's a nice, open, clean, comfortable, stylish nail salon.

Horrible spa!. A horrible experience! I paid $35 for the Dejavu manicure, which includes paraffin wax treatment. The lady took off the wax and immediately painted my nails. She did it all in about 2 minutes, leaving it streaky. Then after an hour of drying, all of my nails were streaky, and basically all of the polish was sliding off because she did not wipe the wax off! They said they would repaint them, but I was going out of town, and the whole reason I had made an appointment in the first place was to get it done. When I called back to get a refund, they would not do it and said they would only give a repaint. They hung up on me and said they got disconnected, but it was clear they had not. Completely unprofessional and horrible customer service. The atmosphere is not even that nice and the staff/service is miserable.

horrible service. Horrible customer service. I received a Deja manicure and pedicure plus tip (80.00 value). The next day nine of my ten nails had chipped nail polish. They refused a refund and only offered to re do my nails which was an inconvience to my schedule. The nail technician was great, but Lily needs to take a class on customer service and people skills.

Don't go to DEJA VU

HORRIBLE! AVOID!. HORRIBLE!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!!!

Unprofessional and complete lack of customer service.

Didn't accept Gift Certificate.

Threatened me so I would pay for the service.

The next day,Lily, the owner, refused to take responsibility for not clearly stating an expiration date on a gift certificate she issued and then hung up on me.

Have a sore on the side of my right foot from the nail technician.

Great customer service. Dejavu is # 1....clean ,nice ,great customer service....#1 of everything... i am Recommended everyone go to DEJAVU!!!!
