Beautiful, relaxing, excellent service!!!!. At first arrival i was impressed with the retail section, a warm welcome of friendly smiles greeted me as i walked in the door. I was offered water tea and coffee, i opted for the tea and later bought some (it was delicous) THe salon itself was beautiful. I was led to the spa area while i waited for my stylist. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing, dim candle light, and herbal fragrance! My stylist Allison then came to get me and was so friendly and welcoming, by far the best salon experience i have ever had, from start to finish i would recommend this salon to any and everyone!! I cannot wait to go back for some spa treatments.

Poor service, at best. I would not recommend this salon to anyone! I love Aveda products, but the service at this salon was certainly lacking. I arrived a few minutes early, and was not offered a seat to wait in- I had to wander aimlessly through the retail area of the salon. My stylist was late for our appointment. The stylist who cut my hair was nice enough, but when it was time to rinse the dye out of my hair, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes because there was only one sink! This was a complete waste of my time, and very rude. My stylist was not assertive, and the other stylists cut in line and used the sink ahead of us. It did not seem like a very good environment to work in- there was very little consideration shown to me or to my stylist by her coworkers. I will not be returning, and would advise against anyone else trying them, either!
