AMAZING. I love this restaurant, every time I am in town I make a concerted effort to eat here! The menu is simple/straight forward and the food is delicious... the waitstaff are wonderful as well. I have yet to have a bad experience here!! LOVE IT. GO!

6th & Vine serves great food!. No one was there except those at the bar. From the way we were greeted, diners are not expected! Most of the choices are for those drinking only. We wanted a full meal, but the wait staff misunderstood my order. What we were served was delicious, but forget topping off water or bread or even crackers. Had to ask twice for cream for coffee. We were a second thought for the evening, not important at all.

good brunch , dinner not as lucky. Brunch menu is good with benedicts, omelets etc. Food at dinner has not been great and prices mostly in the upper teen and many dishes in the 20's. I do like the idea of dinner and a movie outside on the patio in the summer -- but the one time I did the sound was so poor we left after getting there early (60-90 min) to get a table.

I do like the wine bar and have been there many times. The group is slightly more upscale with some button down shirts or guys who have actually thought about their outfits. Nice outside patio off the back as well.

Great place to socialize. Sixth & Vine has my vote as the most hip happenin' place in Winston-Salem. (At least as hip and happening as a 37 year old mother of one can be.) The food is great - they have a wonderful selection of appetizers for the table to share. The wine selection is fantastic, and they offer tasting flights. The live music in the evening isn't too obtrusive. I love the rustic atmosphere, there are some comfy couches set up in conversation areas by the bar. They even have some games available like Hangman and checkers. They also have a beautiful outdoor patio and during the summer they show old movies out there on a regular basis. And they also have the best Brunch in Winston-Salem. Love it, love it.

Great food, superb wine selection. I enjoyed eating at sixth & vine, the food is superb, the wine selestion was fanastic, and the bar can make anything well. The place is small, and very socail, a great place to go with friends, Probably not a good place for a quiet romantic evening. Lots of live music performed in the late evenings.
