I seriously doubt I will be back..... I usually go to this restaruant quite often as I like to get the food from the Mongolian Grill, plus its healthier than most of what they have on the other buffet bars. The last time I was there, I had a really bad experience overall and I question if I will ever return.

It was a group of 6 of us that went the last time and we were seated quickly, nothing out of the ordinary. The server, at first was nice when she took our drink orders. I had a fly land on my food that would not shoo away and I ended up killing it with the back of my soup spoon on the table. Usually when a fly gets around your food, you can shoo it away and not be a problem - not this guy.

None of us were demanding or asked anything of our server than what she already provided. She barely even kept our glasses filled with beverages, not that we drank them too fast or anything. After we were finished with our food, we sat there at the table and chatted for a while. Our waitress didnt even come back to ask us if we wanted anything else, she slammed our ticket down on the table and about 10 minutes later, she came back and demanded our money/cards to pay for our tab. Every other time that I had been there, we always closed out our check at the counter by the door... not this time. So even though we werent finished with our conversation, we had to scramble to get our money/cards out and as soon as we did, she jerked them from our hands and stormed off. I didnt move as fast as she wanted with getting my payment out, so she stormed off without taking my money. She only returned to the table when she had ran everyone elses payment. When she finally came back to get my payment she nearly yelled at me what my total was, jerked my card out of my hand and stormed off again. When she returned, she threw the receipt down in front of me, jerked a pen out of the lady who was sitting next to me's hand and threw it on the table with my receipt.

I dont know what her problem was or who she was angry at because none of us did anything to her to cause her to act that way to us. After her actions, I think the only tip she got was the one that my friend left her and she didnt deserve even that!

Another issue we had at the end of our meal (when we were forced to pay), was that my friend was charged FULL price for her daughter who should have been charged for a childs meal. Her daugter maybe ate 7 bites of food, had 1 full glass of tea and then ended up throwing it all up because her stomach is so small - but yet the staff was uncompromising with the situation and made her pay full price.

I am more likely to drive ALL THE WAY to Burlington to eat at the Mongolian Grill they have out there than eat at this rat hole again.
