Great Massage

We just moved Back Home, after being away from Winston-Salem from 2002-2007, we didn't know where to go for a good massage.

But Lisa at the Center of Well being, was the answer on our sore 30 something muscles. She relaxes you with deep tissue massage or light touch massage. I recommend the Stones too. Nice quiet and peaceful environment, Highly Recommended ! Brad and Amy B.
