Incredibly Satisfied with Stylist and Hair Salon. I live in Northwest Winston Salem and was looking for a Hair Salon near my home. I googled several salons and after reviewing Phyl New Beauty Salon, I decided to call and I am very happy I did. When I called, I had the pleasure of talking to Ellen, made an appointment and arrived on time the following day. I found Ellen and the staff at Phyl New Beauty Salon very professional and friendly. My first visit was very pleasant and satisfying. With the time constraints of my profession, my time is extremely important. Ellen was on time and ready for me, and she was excellent.. I've never had anyone to do a color that did not end up on my neck, ears or temple. Of course, with Ellen, it was not on anything but my hair--great job! My hair is still doing great and I shall return.

I would strongly recommend Phyl New Beauty Salon to anyone who may want the "ultimate experience of professionalism and hair care!"

Satisfied Beyond. My family and I recently moved her from NJ and I was looking for a salon for myself and granddaughter. My niece recommended Phyl. First impression are truly the best! Salon was the cleanest salon I've seen. When I arrived (on time) Ms. Phyllis was waiting for me!! WOW thats a first! Very professional, answered my questions, the receptionist was very professional and so friendly. This is MY SALON, and my grand-daughters. I love the respect for YOUR time...a rarity in salons today. I would recommend to anyone I know without a second thought. Love It!!!

Professional, Clean Atmosphere. I found about this salon via a Google search after much frustration from trying out some other salons. I felt that I didn't have much to lose by trying out yet another one. My expectations of a beautician were not only met, but exceeded! This is one of the cleanest salons that I have ever been in. The atmosphere is professional, there's no profanity or gossiping. One of things that I like the most is that she respects your time and doesn't over book appointments. You will not spend all day in the salon. I have been going there for 3 months now and have never spent more than 2 hours there. Another thing that I really like is that an emphasis is placed on healthy hair not just hair that looks good. Your hair will look good and feel good. The salon also sells products that are used on your hair to maintain your style at home in between salon visits. As you can see, I can't say enough good things about this salon and it comes highly recommended from someone who is very choicy!
