Excelent. are you sereous? every ultratna I have EVER been to was great! I have never been upset with the employees, call customer service and report her! they are huge on that!

Horrible Service. I have not gone to this location, but I have gone to the one on Country Club in Winston Salem. They were extremely rude and showed no interest in helping me at all. The woman pretty much treated me like I was bothering her. She gave me an attitude and dirty looks. I ended up walking out without tanning and do not plan on going back to any Ultra Tan again.
