THEY ARE LIARS!!!. This business is the most unprofessional appliance store in the triad!!! They are LIARS!!

The owner promissed me a reabte of thousands of dollars because I bought my whole kitched and washer and drier from them. 6 months after the transaction I have yet to get one penny!!! Every time I call it's a different excuse! On top of all that they are rude about it when I call to find out where my money is!!

BEWARE!! They are criminals and I'm going to fox news and news channel 12 to let everybody know!!!!!

Wonderful Service. I purchased a complete kitchen from Mr. Ellison. The service was exceptional!! My kitchen looks AMAZING!! Delivery guys went above an beyond what was asked of them. The installer went over everything with me and I will definitely return when I am ready for my mothers kitchen remodel. Thanks guys!

Stay Away!. Horrible customer service. Installer cracked our kitchen cabinet installing the dishwasher. We only discovered this 2 months later when GE had to replace the lemon the sold us. Customer service woman was deplorable and rude. After waiting 2 weeks for a call back I was told that the cabinet must have been cracked when before they delivered it. Obvious that once they have your money they are not interested in you whatsoever. Stay away and do business with a more reputable store.
