Horrible. We have ordered from New Dragon Palace for years. Our last order was 2 hours late. We paid for the cold food and the owner said he would bring back fresh which he did but forgot the rice. At this point, the owner said our next order would be free. When I called two weeks laters to order and take the owner up on his commitment he hung up on me! This isn't how you treat customers. We paid for our food and expected what we ordered. What we got was horrible service, food and the phone hung up on us. Don't order form New Dragon Palace if you want good service and help when the order is wrong!
