This morning, June 25, 2012, for the second time this store didn't have a record of my catering order and not a single person, including the person who helped me, who appeared to be a manager of sorts, offered so much as a "Thank you for your business," much less an apology. This was the third time I have given them my business in this capacity and the only time they even had a record of my order they didn't get the order correct, forgetting my fruit entirely. I guess the lunch crowd keeps them in business because they can't seem to ever get a catering order right. Needless to say, I will not be giving them any more chances to disappoint me.
Great Experience. I enjoyed my experience at Panera Bread on Cloverdale Ave. Even though it was busy with the lunchtime rush, I felt that the employees treated me very respectfully. The young man at the bakery came over to offer to help me in his line, unfortunately another customer jumped up in front of me before I could step up. The poor young man hardly knew what to do, but the manager saw what had happened and he and another employee took care of me personally. The manager made my Chai Latte himself, with a little help from the nice young lady at the drinks counter. By time my drink was done, my sandwich and soup was ready and the manager helped me carry everything out to my table and helped me get settled. He noticed I had my handbag and my laptop on my shoulder and was nice enough to offer an extra pair of hands. The service was great, if anything detracted from my overall experience it was that some tables had not been cleaned nearby, and only one poor young woman was trying her best to keep up with the mess. If there had been another employee out helping to clean up it would have been better.
gross. Management sees rude employees. When customers complain they said not care. And called the customers rude and discusting. And started to laugh at them.Employees brush food crumbs off the table and onto the floor. They not clean up dirty tables and chairs. And hard to find a place to eat.Employees rude to female customers. Rush to get rid of,rude looks, talk back rude, try to start fights, interrupt, stick finger in food of female customers, yell at female customers, give wrong order and overcharge and not volunteer to do anything about it.Eat and talk on cell telephones while waiting on customers.Employees give social friends customers free food and drink, employees not pay for the food and drink they have .Look ing other way way talking and walking away from female customers. They walk away and not want to come back.Female customers have to ask them to come back and finish job.Do homework while working at job. And customers have to ask them to do job. Yell at customers and not want to give customers napkins, wait on,give food and drink and silverware.management starts to laugh at customers when they complain to them.
